He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years Penny Taylor, his daughter Cathy Taylor and step-children Lynne Masland and Scott McCormick as well as his grandchildren, step grandchildren, nephew and his brother Kevin Taylor.
Rick served in the military and went on to work at American Food and Vending as a mechanic. In his later years he volunteered at the American Legion, Post 1194 in Chenango Bridge.
Memorial Services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations are to be made to The American Legion Post 1194.
