Gosh Bob, you tried teaching me all those "German" swear words,when we would take to flight in Harrisville to go and buy maple syrup & candy. You continually laughed because I was SO bad at remembering them. We had the longest talks & some became pretty intense, & I would cry & you would always make me feel as though I was worthy of those tears. Thank you for being the good friend you were meant to be. Remember too the time you went snow-shoeing and kept falling in the snow and kept getting frustrated? That, my friend was the ultimate hilarious moment. I expect now, that you'll be a charm at it. Peace & rest until then......

Very sad to hear the passing of my friend. Bob loved the outdoors . He had a special talent in restoring old vehicles,   and was always available to help with "heavy lifting weekend projects". Bob had a tremendous sense of loyalty to those he knew.

Haven't seen Bob for a  long time and was very upset to hear this news. I worked with Bob back in the 80s at Parkway Vending and then Versatile Foods. He was a good guy who had a lot of friends. He was my golfing partner for years. Rest in peace my friend.

I am sad to read this. I doubt any of Bob's family knows me, but Bob and I hung out off and on a few years in the mid-to-late 1970s. He was always a joy to be with. I did run into him maybe 20 to 25 years ago and we had a good talk, and reminiscing how we called each other "gorilla". To his family, loved ones and friends, my heartfelt condolences.
