Florin A Staicu, age 78, of Greenacres, Florida passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023. Florin was born in Brasov, Romania.

Beloved husband of Bernardine. Loving father of Daniel. Adored brother of Stefania O'Connor and her late husband Michael. Cherished uncle of Catherine O'Connor and her fiancé Troy Peterson and Michael O'Connor.

A visitation for Florin will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 from 6-9 PM. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11 AM at the Monastery of Saint Dionysios the Areopagite, 481 North Country Road, St. James, NY 11780. Interment to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Liberty Avenue, Port Jefferson, NY 11777.
