Jack Essig

Jack was the beloved husband of Debra for 34 wonderful years. A loving father to Kathlene, Kelly (Bob), Matt (Amy), and a devoted grandfather to C.J., Savannah, Kristen, Megan, Nicole, Dylan, Nicholas, Brian, and Erin. He was also a cherished great-grandfather to Shiloh.

Jack was a Devoted Brother to Bob (Jackie) and to the late Karen. As well as a Loving Uncle to Jamie and Morgan.

Jack had a passion for life. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, sipping his Jack Daniels, and relaxing with a good movie. His love for adventure led him to explore the world, from traveling to scuba diving and spending time on the beach. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A visitation will be held at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, located at 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, NY, 11776, on December 28, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

The funeral mass will take place at St Gerard Majella R.C. Church, 300 Terryville Rd, Port Jefferson Station, NY, 11776, on December 29, 2025, at 10:00 am.

The committal service will be conducted at St. Charles / Resurrection Cemeteries, 2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY, 11735, on December 29, 2025, at 12:00 pm.
