Patricia J. Chludzinski

Patricia Joan Chuldzinski, age 85, passed away peacefully on February 3rd, 2021 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Port Jefferson, New York. Patricia was born November 1st 1935 in Brooklyn New York to Michael and Emily Dunne. She was raised in Mineola, the eldest of six children. Patricia, an exceptionally hard worker, began her career working as a clerk for Nabisco in New York City after graduating from Mineola High School.

Patricia, a devout Catholic, found her purpose in this world helping others and loving her family. She acted as a dutiful servant for the sick and elderly, always extending her compassion and care to those that were in need. Patricia deeply cherished her grandchildren and great grandchildren, always having her single use camera at the ready to capture memories.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Francis Chludzinski, brother Michael Dunne, and her son Francis Chludzinski. She is survived by four sisters, Rosemary Fleming, Bernadette Salvador, Sharon Stewart, and Cathy Corvino; three children, Michael Chludzinski, Marianne Rich, and Lynn Weiss; seven grandchildren, Michael Ryan, Sarah, and Colleen Rich, Chris, Shawn, and Douglas Weiss, and Nicole Halavik; and seven great grandchildren, Madison, Tyler and Dylan Weiss, Dominick, William, and Olivia Halavik, and Alana Weiss.

Funeral service will be held 930 a.m. Monday, February 8th, 2021, at St. Mark’s located at 105 Randall Road, Shoreham, New York. Burial will follow in Calverton National Cemetery.
