Patricia Lunetta on April 14, 2019 of Selden, LI. Beloved mother of AnnMarie Iannolo and her husband Joe and Gerard Lunetta. Loving grandmother of Alexandra Jones and her husband Brandon, Maria Lena Iannolo, Samantha, Christopher and Jonathan Lunetta. Cherished sister of Grace and Anthony LoGrande. Patricia was extremely proud of the fact that she was the first in her family to go to college and received her Bachelor's in Science from NYU and her Master's in Education from Columbia. She was the former Director of Suffolk County Office for the Aging and then the Director of Human Services for Suffolk County. She was the First Director of the Suffolk County Meals on Wheels program which was started back in 1978. She was a long time member of the ADA and a consultant nutritionist to 6 adult homes in Suffolk County. She was an accomplished professor at Suffolk Community College for 8 years where she taught a Dietary supervisors certificate course. She sat on the board for the American Center for Senior Services and was an accomplished Grant writer for obtaining services for Senior Citizens in Suffolk County. Patricia also won the St. Agnes Medal of Honor at St. Agnes Cathedral in October 2018 for 20 years of directing the Peanut Butter Ministry at St. Margaret of Scotland R.C. Church. Along with that, she taught religious education at the parish for over 25 years. Reposing at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, LI. Visitation on Saturday, April 20th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass on Monday, April 22nd at 9:45 AM at St. Margaret of Scotland R.C. Church, Selden, LI. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
