James Roy Fellers, 73, of Port Lavaca passed away September 3, 2016. He was born May 30, 1943 in Port Lavaca to the late Clarence T. and Nora Mae Mayfield Fellers. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam war on the USS Obannon and was a retired rig welder.
He is survived by his wife, Oma Lee Hunt Fellers; daughter, Donna Dworaczyk (Shawn); son, John Riley Fellers; sister, Jo Ann Shannon; grandchildren, Chelsey Cotton Fellers, Riley and Dakota Dworaczyk and 2 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, June Ballard, Helen Marie Fellers, Clarice Woody and brother, Junior “Bud” Fellers.
