Ollie Pearl Wilborn McCarty Schuelke, 95, of Port Lavaca passed away June 25, 2015. She was born July 28, 1919 in Port Lavaca to the late Samuel Harrison Wilborn and Ollie May Hobbs Wilborn. She was a member of the Port Lavaca Church of Christ, was a Seamstress and worked for Jecker Floor and Glass Co. in Port Lavaca .
She is survived by her daughter, Lola Mae Jackson; sons, Milton Earl McCarty, Richard Dale McCarty, Michael Ray McCarty; Dallas Douglas (adopted through love); sister, June Wilborn Hahn; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Milton Herschel McCarty and Otto D. Schuelke and her parents.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2015 from 10-11 a.m. at the Port Lavaca Church of Christ. Funeral Services will follow the visitation starting at 11 a.m. at the Church of Christ with Kenneth Dorries officiating. Burial will be held in Glen Rose, Texas at Nancy Smith Cemetery on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 10 a.m.
Pallbearers are Eric Lynn Smith, Teri Kay Herbie, Shawna Simpson, Christina Denson, Michelle Bickle, Marcus McCarty and Chance Auld.
