Alberta Reitzel, 90, of Port Orange, passed away October 6, 2016 at Seaside Health and Rehab in Daytona Beach. Mrs. Reitzel was born in Siler City, NC and has been a resident of Florida since 1963. She was employed by Sun Trust Bank for 10 years and was an active member of South Daytona Baptist Church where she was a former Sunday school teacher. Alberta was predeceased by her husband Delbert Reitzel, Sr.; son, Delbert Reitzel, Jr.; grandchildren, Dana and Cole Reitzel; brothers, Odell and Ernest Tillman and sister, Louise Cotner. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Ronnie (Debbie) Reitzel; grandchildren, Brandy White, Ashley and Chad Reitzel; great grandchildren, Tatum, Gunnar, Brylee, Tavyn, and Quynn White, Cole II, Hailey; and Mia Reitzel; many adoring nieces and nephews and two dear friends who were always there, Pat Vukelich and Carene Darcy. Friends may call 12:00-1:00 p.m., Tuesday October 18, 2016 at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home 4815 S. Clyde Morris Blvd. Port Orange. Funeral Service will follow at 1:00pm.
