Claire P. Prevost Dorris

Claire P. Dorris passed away on Monday August 23, 2010 at her residence. She was born on May 6, 1944 to the late Adrian and Elizabeth Prevost in Lawrence, Massachusetts and moved to this area in February 2000 from East Hartford, CT. She retired from Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, FL.

She was a member of the American Bowling Association. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed walking with her husband on the beach and skiing.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Charles, Jr.; son, Charles, III of Deland, FL; son-in-law, George Clark of Deltona, FL; two brothers, Gerald Prevost of Hartford, CT and Robert Prevost of Aurora, Colorado; sister-in-law, Patricia Dorris of Hartford, CT; five grandchildren, Charles IV, Danielle Dorris, Amber Clark, Samantha Clark, and Alyssa Clark; and a special friend, Lexi.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Clark
