Elizabeth was born in Brooklyn N.Y. on August 29, 1938. On November 21, 1959 , 65 years ago, she married Rocco Vincent Bellantoni. She worked for Berta Stores as a Retail cashier for 30 years and retired to Oviedo, FL. Liz enjoyed taking care of her family, most of all her grandchildren, she liked bowling and the playing slots on the gambling cruise ships , but she is known as "Grandma Liz" cheering on Stephen’s baseball team and Natalie and the Blaze Girls
Liz was preceded in death by her parents Peter & Rosalie Laguzzi, her brother Joseph, her husband Rocco and son Peter. Liz is survived by her sister Rosalie. Liz lived with her son Rocco, his wife Susan, 2 grandchildren Stephen (Angela) and Natalie (Taylor) and has 4 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Liz's Life will be held Saturday, April 6, 2024 from 12p-2pm at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home - Port Orange, 4815 S. Clyde Morris Blvd., Port Orange FL 32129.
