With sadness, we announce the passing of Mark L. Roberts, Sr, 79, who passed away November 26, 2021. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Mark served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. An auto mechanic by trade, his sense of humor and sarcastic wit will be missed by those who knew him. Mark was greeted in heaven by his beloved wife, Terri. He is survived by his children, Louis (Cherie) Roberts, Mark Roberts Jr., Tracy Antonio, and Heather (Andrew) Flynn, along with 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and spoiled furbaby, Roscoe. A kind, loving, sometimes stubborn steward, he favored Fedoras, sunglasses, and was a truly patriotic and appreciative individual – especially of the first responders in the local police and fire departments.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 8:30 am Friday, December 17, 2021 at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, 4675 Clyde Morris Blvd., Port Orange. Military honors will be rendered following the mass.
