Sandy Brock, 69, of Port Orange, FL, crossed from this life into the next on May 24, 2023. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Leroy and Lela Kossow, Sandy and her family relocated to Florida in 1985, where she established a successful cleaning business. Growing the business first in St. Augustine, then expanding it to Daytona Beach, Port Orange, and eventually all of Volusia County, Sandy was a detailed and creative individual, enjoying crafts, nature, and animals. She was a large supporter of local animal shelters and rescues, including those her family became involved with.
Sandy is survived by her two sons, Jason (Shannon Schue) Zinkiewicz and Chris (Kristi Vayo) Pfaffl; 3 grandkids: Willow Grace Pfaffl, Wylder Shoal Pfaffl, and Caden Nicolas Dupler; and two sisters: Cory Burgey and Georgia Schmitt.
A Celebration of Sandy’s Life will be held Sunday, May 28, beginning at 12 pm at the family home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Georgia English Bulldog Rescue (GEBR) or Halifax Humane Society.
