I've learned so much about relationships from you and it has had such an impact on my life. I've learned that it's OK to always have an optimistic outlook in life and how others react to that is not on me. It's a reflection of their own issues. I've witnessed you be a wonderful friend, an amazing mother, and a phenomenal daughter. The memories we made and shared will forever be cherished and valued by me. I love you and will miss you dearly.

A beautiful butterfly 🦋  has gone to heaven.  The sorrow of the faithful is not that of permanent loss but the tender sense of sadness that comes in saying good-bye for now.  

I met Aida through mutual friends and although we never really connected in person; through social media she was one of my biggest cheerleaders when I was sick. She would send sweet and inspirational messages, check in from time to time and prayed for my well being. It was all love, ALWAYS!! For a stranger to support me more than some people I actually know was a blessing. A beautiful soul gone too soon. Thank you for reminding me good people exist in a world where people pretend like they don’t care.  

Aida... My soul sister as we called ourselves. God has truly gained an angel.  You were a wonderful and caring person.  I’ve never met anyone like you. You were truly one of a kind.  Thank you for being you and always making sense of things for me.  I will miss our laughs and long talks. I miss and love you immensely. Till we meet again my Sista... I’m going to miss you my beautiful cousin. You always made sure my kids were good when you worked at their school. Every time we would go out we had a blast and had many laughs together.  I love you Aida and I’m truly going to miss you.

I have known you for 26 years. You were 15, I was 22. I remember when we met I had no glasses, couldn't really see, and you literally gave me yours off your face, the first day we met, saying you had another pair at home. Thats just who you were,  willing to help those in need without a second thought. Thats when I knew you had a good heart! And even though we were not as close over the years, you still treated me as family after you and Doris became BFF's. Thank you for your friendship my sister. You will truly be missed by your family and friends.

Aida's spirit always shined. She was ever willing to be helpful and she loved her family and friends. She is in loving hands now. My condolences to Awilda, Isaiah and the rest of the family. May God bring you strength and comfort during this hard time. A beautiful butterfly has flown to heaven.
