Mr. Charles Baxter deLisser

Charles Baxter DeLisser, 80, a resident of Port St. Lucie, departed this life Saturday, September 26, 2015. Mr. DeLisser was a member of New Hope International Church, the NAACP, and the Saint Lucie Democrats. Mr. DeLisser was preceded in death by his loving wife, Bobette DeLisser. He is survived by his sons, Lawrence Eric Ford, of Wendell, NC, and Justino B. DeLisser, of Port St. Lucie; daughters, Suzzette Jackson, of Kansas City, MO, Marquetta D. Curtis, of Port St. Lucie, and Keyunta D. DeLisser, of Port St. Lucie; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and brothers, Ransford DeLisser, of West Palm Beach, and William DeLisser, of Port St. Lucie. Visitation will be held 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, October 3, at Aycock Funeral Home – Byrd, Young & Prill Chapel, 1170 SW Bayshore BLVD, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983, where funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Palm City.
