Three years have gone by it’s hard to believe. Miss our get togethers and conversations.  Now that my sister has joined you in heaven I hope the two of you are having some great laughs. Rest In Peace Cuz.

My husband and I met Helen and Rich at Linda’s cafe and Neil and I enjoyed their company . Helen was a beautiful person and I am going to miss her . Last year we finally got to go on a cruise with her and Rich and I laughed so much with them . Helen always broke my husbands chops and I loved it . I was sad to hear of her passing but she is in peace now .  My god watch over you and may you RIP  my friend. 

Helen was the bright light in any room she was in.  She was the life of any party, and the joy at any gathering.  This kind lady always had a twinkle in her eye and a fantastic sense of humor.  She was a delight at our Doll Club, and as treasurer, she managed our finances expertly.  She was a dear friend to me and so many others.  She will be missed more than I can say.  I treasure all of my memories of her and am so grateful for the time we had together.   Unfortunately, this pandemic prevented me and a lot of other folks from being with her to hold her hand and say goodbye.  But Helen knew how much she was loved, and she will always be remembered by those of us who knew her and loved her.   She is truly unforgettable.

Orlando and I have adopted Helen as our second mother because without her we wouldn’t exist. I went to Duffy’s Giants club for the first time in 2009 and quickly fell in love with the comradery that was the Giants club. That’s where I met Helen. She happened to be having trouble with her phone and went to AT&T where Orlando was working at the time and that’s when he met her. She had several issues with her phone so she became familiar with Orlando very quickly. They had many conversations and she invited him to the Giants club because she found out he was a Giants fan. She also found out that he was ready to find a “good girl”. Well unbeknownst to me,  she had a plan in mind. So she sat him at my Dad and I’s table and let fate take its course. We got married in 2013 and she was a big part of our vows as well as our wedding day. We owe it all to her. We love you Helen and will miss you terribly. We send all of our love to Rich and family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Helen just eight short years ago. It was like we knew each other for a lifetime. There was an immediate connection and bond. We called each other “CUZ”, because we wanted to, not because we had to. She will always be my cousin under the skin. I can’t tell you how much I will miss her. To my Dearest friend Helen Pattison.  We meet in the 1990 .   We were former Staten Island, New Yorkers but have never met.    Now living in Port Saint Lucie, Florida we met.  We became friends at first, and a few years later,  it was as if we became family.   My sister Hilda and I treated her  as another sister.   Your bright smile, wit and  Love
of life  you shared with us.   To the many Doll Club meetings,  Conventions we attended were full of fun and laughter.   As couples Helen and Rich, Hilda and Jim and Vinny and I  met on Sunday Morning for breakfast .   There we would  plan our many Cruises together.   We visited Helen and Richie many times,   as Helen  would say  " come over for  coffee and cake ".   For  years Helen and Rich would come to my home for Easter,  Thanks Giving and Christmas dinner.    Also to all the New Year  Eve celebrations we  all spent together.   
We attended the NY Giant games at Duffy and sat side by side.   We also went to many NY Mets games and spent many 4th of July together. 
You have been like another "SISTER".  a great friend.  My tears are from Joy not  sorrow having know you. 
I will miss you greatly,  but l have all those memories to look back on.

It was Monday, October 13, 2008, I was with my friend DJ ICE sitting at Duffy's watching the Giants play the Browns.  We were wearing NY Giant's hats, etc. and before you know it we were visited by Helen.  She came over to us and introduce herself and said, while pointing towards the back of the room, this is the NY Giants' club and we are here for their games.  The next Sunday, I took my daughter Patina, after bribing her with food, and we went to see them play San Francisco.  Well, I was hooked and surprisingly enough so was my daughter.   A year later Helen introduced Orlando to Patina and now they are husband and wife.  There are so many wonderful memories with Helen.  I enjoyed talking to her.  I know my daughter looked up to her as well.  She will be missed.  The New York Giants Club will not be the same.  

Helen has been a good friend for about 30 years and I met her through my sister Gloria Alfarano.  As many know, she is a doll collector and Helen, Gloria and I were members of the Happy-Doller's club where we shared our interest.  Over the years Helen and Rich, Gloria and Vinny, and Jim and I shared many happy holiday's.   In more recent years, we got the cruising fever and we all  enjoyed many Caribbean cruises together .  Over time Helen became like a sister and we called  her Sister.   Helen has many qualities, one is her happy personality and wanting those around her to have a good time too.  She is a good listener, a friend who can give good council when needed, and she and Rich hosted fun gatherings from time to time.  Often she would talk of her children and grand children and share the special events that were going on in their lives.  Just a glimpse of time we shared and we will miss our Sister and friend.   

Helen, my friend so dear to my heart. From the Moment we met you welcomed me into your family, with open arms & heart Unconditionally.  I will treasure that forever. Thank you ❤️ I will miss you so very much.  May you rest in Eternal Paradise.

Our NY Giants fan club co- founder and matriarch will be sorely missed by all who knew her. 20 years ago my brother and I walked into St lucie draft house to watch the game. She came right over to us and invited us to join them and a few others. Since then we have become great friends with her and Rich and watched almost every game at duffys with our Giants crew that grew to 100 strong. 2 superbowl wins later and lots of awesome memories . We also share the same birthday and made a point to talk that day every year. She will  be in our hearts forever!!RIP Helen

I am so sad to hear about Helen's passing. Rich and Helen were our special neighbors and  friends of our family. I will remember her as a very special lady that touch my heart every time I saw her. My husband loved her too. He would always commented when Helen was in the office for a check up. My prayers go to Rich and his family. We loved her very much.  May she rest in Peace.
