John was a great friend and neighbor, we will always remember the dinner parties and good times he and Diane hosted at their house. 
He loved golf and was a good golfer. I have many fond memories of us playing golf together.
John was a dear friend and will be greatly missed.

We are sad that John's life has come to an end.  His was a life well lived.  He was a good man.  May the memories of your lives together bring you comfort.  Our sincere condolences.

John, I feel very thankful to have had you as a brother-in-law. You always had a smile on your face, a kind word and interesting stories to listen to.  Our family loved getting together for the family reunion/vacations.

I feel such deep sadness to hear of John’s passing. 

In 1979, I moved to Northern VA from MA. My first job was with the WWMCCS team. 

John was kind, welcoming and a helpful guide to a very young girl who wanted to do well and find her place in the great organization, HFSI.

I clearly remember when John and Diane first became smitten with each other. If there have ever been true soulmates, John and Diane are the definition. You could see and feel it everyday, throughout their long and loving relationship/marriage. I had the happiest role, maid of honor in their wedding. A most wonderful day♥️

Vivid memories of the best times together, along with ups and downs, laughter and tears - shared with special friends. All the moments that make up our lives. I am so grateful.

My thoughts and care are with you, Diane. I send you my heart and my embrace, to hold you close today and throughout the days ahead. 

The love you’ve shared with John, is the most cherished of gifts - living within you for all time.

When I think of Uncle John, I think of laughter. He was always game to be silly for the cousins, especially when they were little, and have fun with everyone of all ages. He brightened up any room he was in. 

We are fortunate to have had him in our lives for so many years, and I will forever be grateful for the decades of happiness and love he brought Aunt Diane.

John was a beloved volunteer with Florida Oceanographic. He delighted and inspired thousands upon thousands of guests throughout the years he was with us. We all remember John with a huge smile as he was such an amazing person.
