Kathleen Small McCallion

November 23,1948 – December 28,2024

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Kathleen “Kathy” Elizabeth Small McCallion, beloved wife of James McCallion, on December 28, 2024, at the age of 76. Kathleen was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who touched the lives of all who knew her.

Born in Philadelphia, PA on November 23,1948, she was the daughter of Florence and Richard Small. Kathleen was known for her generosity, patience, strength and unwavering love and commitment to her family. She and Jim shared a beautiful life together, married for over 55 years. One of Kathy’s greatest joys was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband, James McCallion, her daughter, Karen McCallion and her long-time partner Roy, son, Brian McCallion and his wife Jennifer, granddaughter, Macie Shirley and husband Drew, grandson Jared McCallion, great grandson, Myles Shirley, brothers Richard Small and wife Kathy and Michael Small and wife Selene and many other family members who love and will miss her dearly.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, and sisters, Eileen Lavery, Patricia Hoffman and brother William Small.

In accordance with the family's wishes, no services will be held.
