Portland - Milton H. Clark, Jr., 60, of Birchvale Drive, passed away peacefully February 3, 2019 following a brief illness. He was born in Portland a son of Milton Sr. and Alma (Carle) Clark. He attended Portland Schools and graduated from Portland High School in 1977. Milt worked in the Oil industry for most of his life. Over the years he worked for Elm Ice & Oil, Webber Energy and most recently at Giroux Oil Co.
Milton was a gentle, kind soul who loved everyone he met and was loved by all who knew him.
He was known for his incredible sense of humor and was always ready with a good joke.
He was an avid hunter and former member of the Windham/Gorham Rod & Gun Club. His other interests included golfing, camping, and fishing. He was a longtime member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Westbrook, where he served as Treasurer for many years.

Milton's greatest loves were his cats, Hazel and Hannibal. He was happiest when he was surrounded by friends, sharing stories, making others laugh and playing SCAT or cribbage.
He was pre-deceased by his parents and his brother, John Clark.
He is survived by his sister, Wanda Huff of Portland, OR; nephew, Jamie Huff and his wife Kristen of Portland, OR; great-nephew, Charlie.
Friends and family are invited to a time of visitation from 1-4 pm on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Jones Rich & Barnes Funeral Home, 199 Woodford St. Portland, during which time friends are invited to share memories of Milton.
Burial will be held 11 am on Monday, February 11 2019, at Brooklawn Memorial Park in Portland.
A Celebration of Milton’s Life will be held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles #2977 in Westbrook, ME, from 1-5 pm on Saturday, February 23, 2019.
