Betty Lou Bruns

She was born in Portland Oregon to parents Flossie & Leonard Latham. She was the youngest of nine.Betty was salutatorian in her graduation class of 1940- from Franklin High School. Married her high school sweetheart-Richard Lambert. They had three children, Judie,Bill,and Lori. She was a stay at home MOM,loved raising her children. Richard passed away in 1967. Betty married Eldon Bruns in 1970. They enjoyed many trips to Reno and Las Vegas also the coast. She is survived by her loving husband Eldon of 43 wonderful years together. Their three children - Judie Bailey, Bill Lambert,and Lori Hendrix-{Owen} son in law.Many grand children & great grand children. The last years of her life she struggled with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis disease and Heart disease & cronic back pain. Eldon and children will cherish all the beautiful memories of their life shared together, We would like to THANK the wonderful team of Providence Hospice. We couldn't have done it with out them,also the Loving family at Miramont Pointe. Every department has reached out to Eldon and us three kids. You are a part of our family now. THANKS SO MUCH each and every one of you.
