Brian Jeffrey Griffiths

He was born in Edmonds, Washington on January 10, 1970 to Jim and Louisa Griffiths. Brian attended Oregon State University for four years before completing his degree in Construction Management at Boise State University in 1993. Even though he did not graduate in Oregon, he remained an avid and loyal Beaver’s fan.

Brian had an accomplished twenty-two year career in Construction Management for CSI Construction.

Brian married his one true love of his life, Reva Griffiths, on July 31, 1999. Their wonderful eighteen years of marriage brought many adventures and journeys. But nothing made Brian more proud than being a father to their two children, Isabella and William.

To say Brian was a devoted family man would be an understatement. Brian’s family was the center of his world and he dedicated himself to making sure that Reva, Isabella, and William knew that in all he did with them. He loved watching his children grow and become the individuals that God created them to be. He was the proudest dad, cheering from the stands at William’s football games and Isabella’s school awards programs. These moments were some of the most special and cherished memories in his life, and he had the privilege of sharing them with Reva by his side.

Brian was a dedicated believer in his personal Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. In his free time, Brian had a passion for golfing, hunting, and fishing. Whether fishing as a child with his grandpa in Northern Washington, or taking his own family to the banks of Sun River or to the beaches of Maui, he made many memories with his family doing his favorite things with his favorite people.

Brian is survived by his beloved wife, Reva; their two children, Isabella and William; his parents, Jim and Louisa Griffiths; his brother and sister, Chris and Candi Griffiths; and many family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

A funeral will be held at 11:30am, Monday, February 19, 2018, at City Bible Church Rocky Butte Campus (9200 NE Fremont St. Portland, OR). Later that day, a Celebration of Brian’s Life will be held at 2:00pm at the Oregon Golf Club in West Linn, Oregon.
