Clarence attended North Caddo High School where he graduate.Clarence was previously married to Cloteal Bryant and he later married Linda Miller.Clarence joined Mary Thomas Baptist Church at an early age. Clarence worked as a maintenance worker at Greyhound Bus Depot in Portland, Oregon and later at Tiddy Diddy Diaper Service in Portland, Oregon.
Clarence is survived by his mother, Mary Sue Armstrong and sister, Alice Peters, nieces, Vanessa Stewart, Constance Aaron of Portland, Oregon, Bridget Stewart of Tacoma, Washington and Lemeika Stewart of Portland, Oregon, nephew Steve Aaron Jr., Lamon Stewart and Andre Dorn of Portland, Oregon.
