Frank L. Lattin, born on October 4th, 1941, in Albuquerque, NM, peacefully passed away on December 28th, 2023. He was the beloved son of Mae and Gene Lattin, growing up in Henderson, Nevada, and graduating from Basic High School in the class of 1961.
On July 4th, 1964, Frank married the love of his life, Donna Sellers, and together they created a life filled with love and cherished moments. Frank proudly served in the National Guard and made significant contributions to the paint industry in the Las Vegas Valley. His dedication led him to work alongside his dear friend Joe Desnoyers at Jeremy's Paint and Drywall and with his aunt Bette Peisker at Pittsburgh Paints for many years.
A devoted member of the Kiwanis Club, Frank's community spirit extended to his love for golf, various forms of racing, Golden Knights hockey, and Seattle Seahawks football. Though known for his quiet demeanor, he possessed a dry and sharp sense of humor that endeared him to all who knew him. A true family man, Frank is survived by his loving wife Donna, daughter Teresa, sons Darren (and wife Amy), Lenny (and wife Amber), Shane, and many cherished cousins, as well as his aunt Bette Jo Peisker.
Frank's legacy lives on through his grandchildren Brittany Jones, Megan DiCuirci, Colton Lattin, Cash, and Colt Rhemrev, and great-grandchildren Myles and Kasper DiCuirci, Kal-El and Jupiter Jones. He will be fondly remembered as a lifelong lover of animals, a passion that began in his childhood with a pet donkey and continued through his life with beloved pet dogs treated like cherished family members.
Private services to celebrate Frank's life will be held on January 12th at Lincoln Memorial Park and Funeral Home in Portland, Oregon. In this intimate gathering, family and close friends will come together to pay their respects, share cherished memories, and find solace in the love and support surrounding them during this difficult time.
