Georgina Maud Walsh

Georgina Walsh (nee Reynolds) was born in Bangor, County Down, Northern Ireland on June 21, 1933. She was the youngest daughter of George and Mary Reynolds of Springfield Road, Bangor. She married Jim Walsh, also from Bangor, on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, 1956. They immigrated to Toronto to join two of Gina’s sisters, Maureen and Iris and a brother of Jim’s, Bill. Jim was transferred to Montreal, where their first son, Neal, was born. Then, another transfer took them to Portland, Oregon, where sons Glenn and Craig were born. A transfer to Vancouver, B.C. Canada for two years was their next location. They returned to Portland, Oregon and were active members of their church, Calvary Presbyterian Church, serving as elders, deacons, and on various committees. In retirement both Gina and Jim enjoyed traveling.
