Mr. Joe Leonard Chamberlain

Joe was born on February 22, 1938 to parents Joe V Chamberlain and Inga J (Morken) Chamberlain in Klamath Falls. He graduated from Roseburg High School in 1956, and attended classes at Pacific University.

He married Priscilla Rose Hayes (Cook) on December 20, 1958 at the Assembly of God Church in Hillsboro, and soon started a family in 1960.

He spent his professional career working for Montgomery Ward for 40 years until he retired in 2000, giving him more time to play golf.

Joe is survived by his wife of 64 years, Priscilla, and his five children, Misty (Phil), Joe (Rhonda), Ken, Crystal and Melody (Tim). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, Joe, Ryan (Danielle), Connor, Emily, Elizabeth, Andrew, Charis, Zachary, Benjamin, Rachel, Anthony, Jonathan, Joshua, Ashley, and Ian. And, 4 sister-in-laws, 2 brother-in-laws, many nieces and nephews and several cousins.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Joe and Inga, and his younger brothers, David and Paul Chamberlain.

A memorial service for Joe will be held Friday, May 5, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Finley Sunset Hills Mortuary, 6801 SW SUNSET HWY, PORTLAND, OR 97225.
