Josephine Avery, 83, was born in Knife Lake Township, Minnesota to Joel and Celeste Mattson. Josephine was married to James Avery and had one brother Harry Mattson. Josephine is survived by her children: Barbara, Joseph, Celeste, Norma and eleven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter Frances, her husband James, and her brother Harry.
