Lamarr Andre Watts, age 61, of Vancouver, Washington passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024.

A graveside service for Lamarr will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Skyline Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4101 NW Skyline Blvd., Portland, OR 97229. A memorial service will occur Sunday, September 22, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Church of All Faiths, 2100 5th Ave, Oakland, CA 94606.

Lamarr will be laid to rest in Skyline Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, 4101 NW Skyline Blvd., Portland, OR 97229-2602.
