Lorraine graduated from Jefferson. She met her husband, James in 1970 at a Christmas tree cutting. She
was a dedicated wife, mother, and homemaker. Lorraine was a giving person. She loved camping, taking care of her family, and traveling.
Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents, Eleonora Anderson and Adam Miotke, her husband Jim, and her sons, Kenneth Pointer and Michael Burpee. She is survived by her daughter Christine, 4 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service for Lorraine will be held Friday, July 5, 2024 at 9:00 AM in the Godiva Room at Finley Sunset Hills Mortuary, 6801 SW Sunset Hwy, Portland, OR 97225.
Following the funeral service will be a graveside service in the Garden of Blessed Hope at 10:00 AM at Sunset Hills Memorial Park, 6801 SW Sunset Hwy, Portland, OR 97225.
