She was born in Oakland, CA on May 4, 1951. Margaret graduated from Centennial High School and received her Masters from PSU.
She was married to Roland Edward Chapman on December 22, 2000.
Margaret had a career in theater and cosmetic design for Portland Civic Theater, Oregon Children's Theater, PCC, PSU, Portland Civic Theater Guild and BSA, Pendleton, Lakewood Theater, Stumptown Theater, and Triangle Productions. She was a member of PDX Civic Theater Guild, BSA, and had a passion for road trips, concerts, theater anything, fabric, BSA, and camping.
She was survived by her children, Stephen Earl Chapman and Andrea Jae Skinner, her grandchildren Alicia Mae Skinner and Jordan Elise Skinner, and her brothers David Steplam Ball and Robert Gordon Ball.
