Born on November 16, 1937, in Portland, Oregon, Patti left a lasting imprint of joy and kindness in the hearts of all who knew her. Patti was known for her humorous and kind-hearted nature. She brought laughter and light-heartedness to those around her, sharing stories and jokes with family and friends. Her incorrigibly adventurous spirit led her to partake in activities such as hula dancing and karaoke, and she played golf regularly with friends. Her late husband used to say, "she has a natural swing," which made him envious. Patti cherished annual trips to the coast with family, spending time hunting for rocks and creating cherished memories.
As the matriarch of her family, Patti was a compassionate and thoughtful pillar of strength. Her loving presence and meaningful connections positively impacted many lives, leaving behind a legacy of love, values, and a generation filled with beautiful memories. Her commitment to kindness and her youthfully adventurous spirit brought light into every room. Ever thoughtful, Patti went out of her way to help those in need, consistently embodying a positive, loving influence.
A memorial service to celebrate Patti's life will take place on February 4, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, followed by a brief committal service at Skyline Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, located at 4101 NW Skyline Blvd., Portland, OR 97229. Patti's warm spirit will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew her.
