Dad, was born in Nebraska, the third of five children to Elmer and Mary Radmacher. He attended Madison High School, In Portland OR. His fathers job with the railroad sparked his life time passion for trains. Wether it was steamers or scale models, He delighted in trains. Spending a lot of time around motorcylces with his brothers, kept biking and motorcrossing close to his heart. Infact, He only quit when physical limits demanded it. Although, Dad spent a lot of time winning/chasing trophies, he always said that "raising us into adulthood was his greatest and most joyful acomplishment." He was a constant presence in all that we did.  He loved to spend time with his grandchildren Alicia (16) and Ty (13). Dad was big on tradions and kept them going with the grandkids. Dad had just retired from the Forest Service (Job Corp) Where he enjoyed his job watching over troubled youth. In later years, our fast moving Dad found a new level of peace and actuliazation in the arms of his wife Christine. Dad lived his life with a contagious vigor know to all in his presence. He truly will missed. He died of unknown causes in his sleep, one day post-op a total shoulder replacement. He will be remebered in with a celebration of life on Saturday the 31st (10am to 1Pm) @ Yachats Commons on 101 at the Oregon Coast. All and everybody is welcomed. kate
