Newgard, Robert L. 83 Dec.8, 1928 – June 20, 2012. Bob passed away peacefully at the Foster Care Home where he had lived for the last three years. Doris his wife of 52 years passed away in 2002. They moved their family from Portland to Milwaukie in 1954. There, for over thirty years, he worked as a mason contractor and built a few new homes before retiring. Never really retired; he always kept busy helping family and friends with projects as well as working on his other love, his Pine Hollow cabin. He was a member of Milwaukie Masonic Lodge and Al Kader Shrine where he was a member of the “Cyclowns” and the "Jesters". He is survived by his sister Lois, daughter Linda, son Steve, and twelve grandchildren.
