Sandra Elaine Hill

Sandra Elaine Hill, born on March 22, 1939, to Alfred “Sardy” Surbaugh and Leona (Peck) Surbaugh, passed into the eternal arms of Jesus on February, 25, 2019. Sandy is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Norman Hill; daughters Lisa Miller (Don) and Julie Reilly; stepdaughter Julie Risley (Kurt) and stepson Troy Hill (Lillie); five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous cousins; and many life-long friends. Sandy’s son, Steven Gard, pre-deceased her April 30, 2004. Sandy graduated from David Douglas High School in 1957, and she continued in friendships with fellow classmates through her golden years. With her ever-present gentle and quiet spirit, Sandy shared God’s love and peace with everyone she met. She loved animals, traveling, adventures (she was an amazing skier), spending time with family and friends, and just loving on everyone. We will miss you our Earth Angel! Save us a place at the table.
