Theron Daron Miller, also known as Ghost, was a loving father of eleven, brother, son, grandfather of 14, cousin, friend and family to many, was called home on May 23, 2025, at the age of 51 at his home in Portland, Oregon. He is now home with his favorite lady, his grandmother Louise Moore, who passed away in 2012.
Theron leaves behind his mother, Judy McIntyre and father, Willie Miller. He brought 11 beautiful children into this world: Antonio Davis, Theron Miller Jr., Isaiah Miller, Ashleigh Miller Lincoln, Aaliyah Miller, Chase Bradley, Jada Miller, Terren Miller, KiMya Miller, Sarai Miller and Saniyah Miller. He was also a father figure to Brandon Duckworth and Demetrius Cox Lincoln. Theron was gifted with fourteen beautiful grandchildren - 7 grandsons and 6 granddaughters. Grandson Ermares Angel Velsaquez was called home on 12/07/2024. He is the middle brother of Adrian McEledrey and Mark Williams.
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon he attended Grant High School. Theron moved to Anchorage, Alaska in 1996 and returned back to his hometown in 2001. He was a member of Highland Christian Center for many years.
Theron was the most selfless and generous man you could think of. He would do for others before he did for himself. He was always on the lookout for anyone that was in his life. He was the man that everyone went to with their problems and he would resolve them all. If you knew Theron, you know he was into many things and thought he knew any and everything. You could not tell him otherwise. His favorite thing to do was make leather bags, purses, duffle bags, you name it, and he could make it. He took the kids to Wild Waves in Tacoma every summer. It was a family tradition with his children and family that he made. If you heard music from miles away, you knew it was Ghost. He didn't care how early it was; the music was going to be loud. His rims would shine from miles away. He always kept a clean car. He had his two known cars that he loved and treated like his children, Green Taho and Silver Magnum. His time with his family was spent at rivers, beaches, with family BBQing and renting jet skis with his sons. Theron also loved to just relax and write. He started a book, but it has been unfinished. He was writing about his life, how he changed and became a better man than before.
He ran the streets of NE Portland on Sacramento Street, his grandmother's house. You always saw him and his dog, Diamond, outside. That was his baby, the only dog he ever had. He could not ever replace her. Theron thought he was a fashion man. White tees, jean shorts, Levi's and white air forces was his thing. Back in the day there were the dickie suits too. He had to outdo everyone when it was time to get up and get dressed. Stayed with a nice haircut and smelled good. His favorite meal was oxtails and ribs. But the key to Ghost's heart was Mountain Dew Voltage. He would keep a case anywhere he went. He never drank water. His first sip in the morning was Mountain Dew Voltage. You would ask him if he drank any water today and he would have a grin and say yes, knowing he ain't had one sip. Cognac White Hennessey was his signature drink too.
Theron was a protector of the people who he loved and to the ones who loved him. He was LOYAL and respected by many people. Ghost was a smart man. He was someone that everyone wanted to be around. He had such an impact on many people. He was a strong, respectful, determined, self-made, independent man. Theron is gone, but we will forever love him and cherish the moments we had together. His time has gone too soon, but it was his time. You will be missed Ghost.
