Thomas M. Higginbotham Feb. 19, 1943- Jan. 02, 2011 Born in Bakersfield, California. he was disabled at the time he passed away. Survived by his many friends. A graveside will be held Monday, January 31, 2011 at 2:00 pm in Willamette National Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Ross Hollywood Funeral Chapel and the Dignity Memorial Homeless Veterans Program.
