Virginia Mae Barton AKA Ginny passed away peacefully in Portland, Oregon on November 13, 2023 at Marquis Mill Park Assisted Living Facility. Ginny grew up in the Portland metropolitan area and attended Kellogg Elementary, Girls Polytechnic High School, better known now as Lincoln High School, and after High School graduation, Ginny attended Oregon State College home of the Beavers.
Ginny loved dressmaking and was an avid reader. She also immensely enjoyed traveling and actually lived in Iran for a time.
Ginny is survived by her two sons Mark and Gary GaVette and by her two grandchildren.
