Carl Douglas Randall

Carl Douglas Randall, age 90, passed away on February 5, 2026 at the Massena Memorial Hospital. Arrangements for cremation are with the Garner Funeral Service. Condolences for the Randall family can be shared @www.garnerfh.com.

Born on August 19, 1935 in Brandon, NY to the late Warren Randall and Gertrude Eggleston. He was a graduate of Franklin Academy High School in Malone, NY. He served in the United States Army. Upon his honorable discharge he returned to the North Country and on June 15, 1957 at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in North Lawrence, NY he was married to Rosalind Russell. Together they resided in Massena, NY. Carl was a skilled Dye Maker for General Motors in Massena, NY and Bedford, IN for years until his retirement.

Carl is survived by his wife Rosalind, son Larry D. Randall, grandchildren Larry J. (Nicole) Randall, Gavin, Carl, Lena, Irene, Randall, Dr. Kayla Berrios and a great grandson Carlos Berrios. He is predeceased by a son Paul Randall.

Carl was a member of the Massena Elk's Lodge, American Legion, Knights of Columbus (he was a third degree Roman Catholic). He belonged to the Massena Fire and Rescue Squad and was a Boy Scout Leader for several years. He and his wife loved working in their many flower gardens.
