RATLIFF, Billy Joe, USAF, Ret., 84, a resident of Deatsville, AL, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2012. He also retired from the U.S. Postal Service and was an avid golfer. He is survived by his wife, Anna L. Ratliff; three sons, Ben (Johnnie) Ratliff, Mark (Allen) Ratliff, Marty (Lynn) Ratliff; one daughter, Rose Simmons, Deatsville, AL; two brothers and three sisters; Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. A memorial service will be held in his honor at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 9, 2012 at Ridout’s Prattville Chapel with Scott Dillard officiating. Visitation will be held thirty minutes prior to the service.
