THORNTON, Lloyd Wayne, age 75, a resident of Prattville, AL passed away Saturday, May 14, 2011. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Virgia Thornton; one son and daughter-in-law, Calvin and Stephanie Thornton; two daughters, Tabitha Thornton and Gwyneth Bias; four grandchildren, Caitlin Bias, Evia Achee, Mason Thornton and Preston Thornton; one brother and sister-in-law, Doyle and Joyce Thornton. Mr. Thornton was an active member of Victory Temple Church of Wetumpka. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, May 17, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 6:30 PM from Victory Temple Church with Pastor Charles R. Chamblee officiating. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Cain’s Chapel Church Cemetery at 10:30 AM. Memorial contributions can be made to Victory Temple Church (Foreign Missions), P. O.
