Louise Crysell Peacock

PEACOCK, Louise Crysell, age 72, a resident of Prattville, AL passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Lewis Peacock and a son, Michael Anthony Peacock. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte and Stephen Bingham; granddaughter Lauren Woodliff and her fiance` Casey Jones; two step-grandchildren, Andee and Linwood Bingham; one sister, Stella Norsworthy; sons of her heart, James Edward Crysel and Todd Stanfield; helpful and faithful friends, Pearl Harper, Janice Hammond and Dean Peacock; loving caregivers, Betty Fortune, Sue Crysel, Veronica LeGear, Sabrina McDonald, Jenn Stanfield and Jason McDonald and the staff of Southern Hospice Care plus numerous other family and friends.

Louise Peacock had a bold and vivacious spirit, which shone brightly through her love of music and dancing. Those who knew and loved her will remember her for her unyielding dedication to friends and family, her commitment to helping people in need, and her embodiment of true southern hospitality.

Pallbearers will be Casey Jones, Jason McDonald, Matt Crysel, Todd Stanfield, Blake Langley and James Edward Crysel.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 12, 2013 at the funeral home beginning at 9:00 AM with services that followed at 10:00 AM at Ridout’s Chapel with Rev. Greg Melvin officiating. Burial will follow in Prattville Memory Gardens Cemetery.
