BISHOP, Martha Ann, a resident of Billingsley, AL passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Bishop, Sr. Survivors include her children, Josh (Judy) Bishop, Buster (Amelia) Bishop and Kaye Nelson; grandchildren, Jessica (Trey) Carroll, Melissa Criss, Jason Nelson, Ryan Nelson and Noah Bishop; brother, Buddy Cook; sisters, Charlene Strong, Marlene (Larry) Phelps, Patricia Pennington, Janice Crowe and numerous nieces and nephews. The family received friends at the funeral home Friday, September 28, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral services were held from Milton Baptist Church on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Paul Atchison officiating. Burial followed in Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Gaines Smith, Merrill Smith, Ronald Hand, Tommy Rainwater, Vasser Caver and Kirk Green.
