DeRamus, Ollie Ruth Hunt, 95, of Prattville, passed away Friday March 17, 2017. Visitation was at 2:00 PM Friday March 24th at the Prattville Church of Christ followed by a Celebration of Life service at 3:00 PM with Ministers Raymond Elliott and Brent Missildine officiating. Burial followed in the County Line Church of Christ Cemetery. Mrs. DeRamus was born in Autauga County on February 5, 1922 to the late Harvey Reed Hunt, Sr. and Nellie Esco Hunt. She was preceded in death by her husband Zack Morris DeRamus, three brothers, two sisters, two nephews and a niece.
She is survived by three daughters, Barbara Gail (David) Mundahl of Minneapolis, MN, Virginia (David) Erfman of Prattville, Debbie Myrick of Wetumpka; six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews other family members and close friends. Pallbearers will be Andy Armbruster, Michael Erfman, Jonny Fank, Brian Ferguson, Jeff Ludwick and Austin Sutten. Flowers accepted but in lieu of contributions can be made to the “India Missions” in care of Prattville Church of Christ, 344 E. Main St., Prattville, Al. 36067.
