Sandra O Bankston

Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM Sunday November 2nd followed by her funeral service at 2:00 PM at Ridout’s Prattville Chapel Pastor Tony Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Sandra was born on July 23, 1948 in Montgomery, Alabama to the late Jessie W. Bryson and Grace Baker Bryson. She spent many years working in and managing various Prattville area restaurants. She was quick to help anyone in need and was loved by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Darrell Deavers. She is survived by Charlie Bankston; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie and Carol Mount, Mike and Terri Kurz; grandchildren; Jessica (Harold), Natasha (David), Andrew and Cassie; great grandchildren; Alden, Renea, Daylen, Brooklyn and Brianna; sisters; Annette Bennett and her husband Jessie, Debra Easterling; two brothers; Freddie and Chick Bryson and a host of other family members and close friends.

Pallbearers will be Roger Easterling, Matthew David, Chad Easterling, Mike Haley, David Dykes and Patrick Gardner.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Rocky Ferry and Tim Costner.
