Ada married Edward Garfield Johnson in 1956 and then moved to Prince George. Edward passed away in 2006.
Ada is survived by her four daughters – Janet (Dave), Karen (Rick), Fay and Fern (Jim); her seven grandchildren – Dawn (Dan), Shawna (Jordan), Cameron (Melanie), Colin (Yihang), Eric, Riley, Jared (Laura); and four great-grandchildren, her sister Amelia, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Ada will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A memorial tea in her honor will be held on July 11 at 2:00 p.m. at Hartland Baptist Church, 6599 Driftwood Road. Family and friends are warmly invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate her life.
