Mom was born in Tisdale Saskatchewan in 1927 and married in 1945; a few years later they ventured out to British Columbia where dad worked in the logging industry. They settled in Willow River in 1947 where they raised their two daughters. They moved into Prince George in the early 70’s but the city life wasn’t for them so they moved back to Willow River for a few years; and then after retirement they made the final move back to Prince George.
Our mother was a great homemaker, gardener and made all of her own preserves. She had many talents which she excelled in which included crocheting, quilting, knitting, decorating cakes and could play any instrument; but was musically inclined to the accordion.

Predeceased by husband Roy; grandson Fabian; her 3 brothers Murray, Russel and Rodney.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ahmed, Bev Fitzsimmons nd the entire staff at gateway complex care.
We will miss you dearly rest in Peace Mom.
