Albyn James Makin

Al is survived by his wife Shirley of 48 years; daughter Jeannie (Jason Garland) and their children Rachel and Scott; daughter Rhonda (Dean Girard) and their children Brendan and Nickolas; his son Ronnie.

Al faced his diagnosis of pancreatic cancer to the best he could in his short time. He was always as cheerful as he could be at this time.

Al loved his fishing and hunting. The outdoors was his relaxing time when he wasn't designing blue-prints for commercial kitchens for the restaurants Denny's, Moxies, Rockford's and Shark Club. He traveled across Canada doing this and took great pride in his work. All his traveling across Canada made the outdoors when he was home feel like being on a holiday.

We are so grateful to all the healthcare professionals that helped Al in his short time; many thanks to all.

It is his wish to have no service.
