Bette Darlene Roberts

Bette Roberts, 74, passed away on April 28, 2026, at her home in Prince George, BC. She is survived by Larry, her husband of 56 years, and her sons – Mark (Jocelyn) and Daren (Dawn). She has five grandchildren – Sean, Karl, Fletcher (Kaitlyn), Amanda(Sheldon), and Jackson (Angela) – and four great grandchildren – Adam, Levi, Olivia, and Anna.

Bette was born in Deer Lodge, Montana, to Homer and Ines Reinoehl. She took her schooling in Arrow Park, BC and Nakusp, BC.

Bette loved animals both wild and tame. She especially loved her horses and her goats. It was a joy for her to move to Prince George because she could have horses again.

Bette enjoyed music, as well. She played her guitar and sang for hours. She would also sit at her piano and do the same thing.

Bette had a great love for her husband and family and spent as much time as possible with her grandchildren. In May 2025 she was privileged to meet all of her great grandchildren.

The thing that defined her was her love for her Lord. She wanted every area of her life to be characterized by her devotion to God.All her family, friends, and coworkers knew that she was a person to go to if prayer was needed. Now she is at peace in the presence of her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
