

Born on September 8, 1962, Duane lived a life full of love, laughter, and hard work. He dedicated many years to his lifelong trucking career, where he built countless friendships and memories on the open road. His strong work ethic and easygoing nature earned him the respect and camaraderie of those he worked alongside.
Duane was predeceased by his parents Wayne and Anne Danielson, his son Richard Danielson, grandparents John, Margaret, Elwin, and Veoleta, and brothers John, Willard, and Stephan.
He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his wife Lisa Danielson; his children Alisha (Mitchell), Brodie, and Theresa (Nathan); and his granddaughter Laylah, who all brought endless joy to his heart. He is also survived by his siblings Mike (Carol), Laura (Ward), Martin, and Louise (Chris), along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Outside of work, Duane found joy in the simple things, hockey, fishing, and hunting were some of his greatest passions. Whether cheering on his favourite team, casting a line, or spending time outdoors, he was happiest surrounded by family, friends, and the beauty of nature.
Duane’s strength, humour, and kindness touched the lives of all who knew him. He will be remembered for the love he shared, the stories he told, and the legacy he leaves behind in those who loved him most.
