Born in Wales, UK, The Evans family emigrated to Canada in 1970. Survived by her loving family,
3 daughters, Susan (Denis), Sian and Clare, 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Jean loved to listen to Opera music and write poetry and loved to travel, especially to Ireland, her latest trips being UK/Paris at age 84, Dublin at age 86, Hawaii at age 88 and Las Vegas at age 89. Tom came down from Heaven on their 71st wedding anniversary and took Jean home.
