He was born in Paradise Hill, Saskatchewan on August 3, 1950 and passed away on September 6, 2026 in Prince George, BC.
George is survived by his loving wife Brenda Moyan; sons Virgil Moyan and Shawn Fors (Dianna); grandchildren Jocelyn Fors, Lucas Moyan and Logan Moyan; sisters Darlene Swiderski, Marlene Settee (George) Baba and numerous other relatives and friends; too many to mention.
Predeceased by his grandfather Jean Baptiste Lagimodiere; grandmother Caroline Lagimodiere; mother Rose Anne Pinkerton; father William Moyan; step father Robert Pinkerton; sisters Josephine Moyan and Agnes Kaska; brothers Lawrence Moyan, John Moyan, Charlie Moyan and Gary Pinkerton; niece Willow Moyan and many nieces; nephews John Moyan Junior(Agnes), Rick Moyan (Lorraine) and cousins.
George fought a hard battle with cancer and is now at peace.
There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
